Minor update to include Registration FAQ, add FAQ for Vista User Account Control and correct various odd errors in help.

Version 2.1 - Released 24-June-2008
Product name and version no longer missing from installer properties on Vista. About screen now times out if left open. Fixed bug where key and mouse activity display not cleared on reset. 1 second error in power off period fixed. Minor formatting changes.

Version 2.0 - Released 14-March-2008
Now runs in the system tray. The Exit button is disabled in power off mode. Run minimised now correctly resumes on cancel shut down. Desktop shortcut is no longer installed by default.
