JSutils Energy Saving Utilities

These energy saving utilities are
part of the JSutils group of software and were originally designed
as part of a drive to save energy. They are free for personal non
commercial use, support Windows 2000, Windows XP/2003 and Windows
Vista, come complete with html help and are simple to install and
use..
AllOff V2.1
AllOff monitors cpu usage,
keyboard and mouse activity and initiates computer shutdown if there
has been no keyboard or mouse activity for a specified time and the
CPU load is less than a preset threshold for a specified time. It
can also be used to shut down a remote computer. Various parameters
can be set via the configuration screen. See history for
details of the changes in this version.
AllOff Lite V1.0 New 09-July-2008
AllOff Lite monitors cpu usage,
keyboard and mouse activity and initiates computer shutdown if there
has been no keyboard or mouse activity for 15 minutes and the
CPU load is less than 15% for 1 minute. Designed to be simple
to install and use AllOff Lite (based
on AllOff) requires no configuration and is
suitable for most applications.
CPUOff
V5.1
CPUOff monitors the average
CPU usage of a computer and initiates shutdown when the CPU load
is less than a preset threshold for a specified period of time.
It can also be used to shut
down a remote computer. Various parameters can be set via the
configuration screen. It was originally designed to shut down two
computers after an unattended backup had completed. See history for

CPUOff Lite V2.2
CPUOff Lite monitors the
average CPU usage of a computer and initiates shutdown when the CPU
load is less than 15% for more than 60 second. Designed to be simple
to install and use CPUOff Lite (based
on CPUOff) requires no configuration and is
suitable for most applications. See history for

DownOff V2.0
DownOff monitors the average download
rate and initiates computer shutdown if the download rate has been
below a specified percentage for a preset time. It
can also be used to shut down a remote computer. Various parameters
can be set via the configuration screen. See history for

KeyOff V2.1
KeyOff monitors keyboard
and mouse activity and initiates computer shutdown if there has
been no keyboard or mouse activity for a specified time. It can
also be used to shut down a remote computer. Various parameters can
be set via the configuration screen. It was originally designed
to shut down a computer if it had been unused for 10 minutes. See history for

KeyOff Lite monitors keyboard

LANOff V4.0
LANOff monitors up to four remote
computers from a client computer and optionally shuts down the
client and specified remote computers when the network fails or
the specified computer shuts down.
Various parameters can
be set via the configuration screen. This was designed to be used
in conjunction with CPUOff to enable a backup server to be shut
down automatically once several computers on a local network had
completed their backups. It can also be used on it's own. See history for
