EnCalcOU uses the following formulae to calculate the results:

Actual Results

Days	=	Tank Reading Date 2 - Tank Reading Date 1
Total Oil Used	=	Volume in Tanks on Tank Reading Date 1 - Volume in Tanks on Tank Reading Date 2 + Oil Added between Tank Reading Dates 1 and 2
Total Cost	=	Value of Oil In Tank on Tankreading Date 1 - Value of Oil in Tanks on Tank reading Date 2 + Cost of Oil Added between Tank Reading Dates 1 and 2
Total Cost (inc VAT) (1)	=	Total Cost * ( 1 + VAT%) / 100
Cost per Day	=	Total Cost (inc VAT) / Days
CO2 Generated (Kg)	=	Volume of Oil Used * CO2 Conversion Factor
Volume per Day	=	Total Oil Used / Days

1. If the currency selected is not UK Pounds (£) or Euros ( €) then VAT is changed to TAX.
2. Costs will only be calculated if the Get Last button is used and the instructions for 'First Use' have been followed.

Predicted Results

Predicted Days	=	Date 1 + No Months To Predict Forward
Predicted Total Oil Used	=	Total Oil Used * Predicted Days ) / Actual Days
Predicted Total Cost	=	Total Cost * Predicted Days ) / Actual Days
Predicted Total Cost (inc VAT)	=	Predicted Total Cost * ( 1 + VAT%) / 100
CO2 Generated (Kg)	=	Predicted Volume of Oil Used * CO2 Conversion Factor
Predicted Fill Up Date	=	Tank Reading Date 2 + (Oil Volume Left / Volume per Day)
