Using

EnCalcLU Data Limits Version: 3.4 Size: 509KB Released: 06-December-2011

Below is a the list of data range limits for the program. These can also be found by hovering with the mouse over each data box, they will also be displayed in the error pop up when data is outside the allowed limits and the Calculate or Save Data buttons are clicked.

Water Cost

Water Volume Charge (Cost per cubic metre or cost per 1000 gallons): 0.10 - 0.99

Water Fixed Charge (per month or 6 months): 2 - 99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Sewage Volume Charge (Cost per cubic metre or cost per 1000 gallons): 0.10 - 0.99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Sewage Fixed Charge (per month or 6 months): 2 - 99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Sewage Volume Allowance (%): 10-100 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Predict (Prediction Period ): 1 - 4 6month periods or 1 - 24 months (No Entry or 0 means no prediction)

Discount 1 (per month or 6 months): 1 - 99 or 1 - 30% (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Discount 2 (single, per month or 6 months): 1 - 99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

VAT/Tax Rate (%): 1 - 50 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Ticking the Month checkbox makes EnCalcLU work monthly instead of 6 monthly
Sewage Volume Charge and Sewage Volume Allowance must both be set or 0
Sewage Fixed Charge must be set if Sewage Volume Charge is set
The billing period is 6 monthly or monthly
Discount 1 is applied before VAT/Tax
Discount 1 works in % if the Discount 1 % checkbox is ticked
Discount 2 is applied after VAT/Tax
Discount 2 is a single fixed discount if the Fixed checkbox is ticked

Meter Readings

Date 1: Must be a valid date between 01-Jan-2000 and 31-Dec-2015

Date 2: Must be a valid date between 01-Jan-2000 and 31-Dec-2015

Meter Reading 1: 1 - 999900

Meter Reading 2: 3 - 999999

Notes: Up to 75 characters

Date 1 must be at least 3 days before Date 2
Meter Reading 2 must be at least 2 more than Meter Reading 1
