Version 1.4 - Released 22-October-2008
Fixed a bug where where VAT/Tax truncated if greater than 9.9. Clear button tool tip reworded. Meter reading 2 lower limit changed to 3. Limited decimal places for meter readings to 1. Fixed a bug where results headers referred to VAT with non EU currencies. Default costs updated. Updated some tooltips.

Version 1.3 - Released 23-July-2008
Log now shows calculation period dates. Help updated including adding Registration FAQ. Corrected references to EnCalcEU is a few tool tips and updated some tool tips. Registration screen and About Screen no longer sizable. Small improvements to error handling. Minor formatting changes to Main, About and Registration screens. Default costs updated to current levels.

Version 1.2 - Released 24-April-2008
Fixed bug where the About screen opened below the main window if run on top selected. Product name and version added to installer on Vista. Product name and date/time reversed in log file start up message. Registration screen link corrected. Fixed bug where log file displayed VAT instead of TAX when currency set to dollars.

Version 1.1 - Released 17-January-2007
Now needs administrator permission to install and change default values. Now installs for all users and no longer creates a quick start icon. The start up group is now correctly deleted on upgrade when required. Help updated. Improvements made to error handling plus minor formatting changes and tool tip changes. Log files moved to separate directory. Clicking clear now disables the Save button. Fixed a bug when the output data was not cleared from a previous calculation if an error in data entry occurred. Compatibility with Vista improved.
