Does EnCalcLU Work On Both 32bit And 64 bit Operating Systems?
EnCalcLU is designed to work on WIndows 2000 Service Pack 4 (32bit), Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 1 (32 and 64 bit), Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition Release 2 Service Pack 1 (32bit and 64 bit), Windows XP (32bit), Windows XP (32bit) SP1, WIndows Vista - all variants (32bit and 64 bit), WIndows Vista - all variants (32bit and 64 bit) SP1. Windows NT, 95, 98 & ME are NOT supported.

Are There Any Issues Using EnCalcLU on WIndows Vista With User Account Control Turned On?
There are no known issues when UAC is enabled on Vista.

EnCalcGU Does Not Work For The Way My Supplier Charges Me.
If EnCalcGU doesn't work for the way you are charged for gas we would like to hear from you with a description of the problem and your suppliers web site address. Contact us via the web site.

What Currencies Has EnCalcLU Been Tested With?
UK Pounds (£), US Dollars ($) and Euros ( €).

Can EnCalcLU Be Installed Over An Existing Version?
Yes, there are no known problems installing over the top of an existing installation. To keep the default settings do not allow the configuration file to be overwritten when prompted.

Why Doesn't The Save Defaults Button Work ?
The Save Defaults button will only work if the program is run by a user with administrative privileges.
