Bug And Problem Reporting
Before you report a bug or problem with the program please make
sure it is not already covered in the Release Notes, FAQ, Registration FAQ or Known Issues. Once you are sure the problem you have is not
covered please feel free to contact us using the link below.
Registration Problems
Please provide a clear description of the problem plus a copy of the registration email and the licence file.The licence file can be found in
the data directory in the directory the program was originally installed in (usually C:\Program
Files\JSutils\EnCalcL\Data) and is called by lcdata.txt. Paste the contents of the registration email and the licence file into the email
form on the link below.
Other Problems
Please provide a clear description
of the problem, under what circumstance the problem occurs,
details of your operating system, hardware (cpu type & speed, size of RAM)
plus any other information you think will be useful plus
a copy of the program log file. The log file can be found in
the log directory in the directory the program was originally installed in (usually C:\Program
Files\JSutils\EnCalcL\Log) and is called by default EnCalcL.log. Paste the contents of the log into the email
form on the link below.
Suggestions For Enhancements
