DESCRIPTION
Calculates the cost of purchasing and running water using appliances, allowing two alternative items to be compared under the same conditions or the true cost of one item to be worked out simply. The results which can include annual inflation can be saved to a results log file for later analysis. EnCalcL is part of the JSutils group of software utilities which have a theme of energy conservation.

This program requires a registration code to run. This code, which is free for personal non commercial use, can be obtained from www.jsutils.com

OPERATING SYSTEMS
Windows 2000, Windows XP/2003,Windows Vista and Windows 7. It is not suitable for Windows 95, 98, ME or NT.

INSTALLATION
You need administrator privileges to install this program.

Make sure an existing copy of EnCalcL is not running.

Unzip the installer EnCalcL.exe from the downloaded file EnCalcL.zip

Run the installer EnCalcL.exe and follow the on screen instructions.

There is no need to uninstall the old version unless you are downgrading to a previous version.

If you are upgrading over an older version you will be given the opportunity to keep existing settings by not overwriting the configuration file.

To uninstall EnCalcL use Windows Add/Remove Programs. If you wish to retain any files copy them to a temporary location before uninstalling. All program files and directories in the program root directory (normally c:\program files\JSutils\EnCalcL\) are removed including those created by the program.
