Product Name & Version no longer missing from installer on Vista. Updated tool tips. Changed log file start up message to make date/time last line of message. Fixed a bug in the error detection module. Various minor formatting changes.
Version 2.5 - Released 27-December-2007
Various minor changes to improve compatibility with Vista. Configuration file
moved to the Data directory. Minor improvements to error messages and log file
format. Minor corrections to tool tips. Help updated. Negative numbers now
displayed in orange. Default costs updated.
Version 2.4 - Released 10-September-2007
Compatibility with Vista improved. Now needs administrator permissions
to install, installs for all users, log file moved to Log directory,
no longer creates quick launch icon. Only administrators can update
default values. Various minor improvements to error handling. FIxed
a bug when status message 'Data Cleared' occurred on startup. Now removes
start up group on upgrade if check box un ticked. Fixed a bug where
investment cost in log file always 0.

2.3 - Released 14-April-2007
Added file created date to log file. Fixed bug where a corrupted log
file causes run time error, log file now uses short date format, minor
formatting improvements to log file. Improvements made to error handling
and reporting. If currency not equal to £ or € program displays Tax instead of VAT. Fixed bug
where changing currency setting while program is running may cause errors.
Fixed bug where clicking Save Defaults cleared calculated results. If no data
to calculate error message now says no data to calculate. Now recalculates
if currency symbol only changed. Various minor updates and improvements to
help.

Multiple currency support added. Removed start up shortcut option from installer.
Corrected Quick Start shortcut name. Corrected url on registration form. Icons
tidied up. Layout tidied and made a bit smaller. Restore defaults button added.
No longer installs link to release notes (installer removes old link on upgrade).
Many small improvements to error handling and error messages. Corrected Quick
Start Shortcut name. Added VAT/Tax capability. Water, Sewerage and Daily cost
results increased to 3 decimal places. Upper limit for Water Volume Cost changed
to 5. Sewerage Volume Allowance range now 0 or 1 to 99%, Sewerage Cost range
now 0 or 0.1 to 5.
Version 2.1 - Released 28-August-2006
Opening the About form with run on top set no longer opens the
About form underneath the main window. Minor improvements to
help. Minor cosmetic changes to main screen. Notes box maximum
characters increased to 75.
Version 2.0 - Released 2-August-2006
The program now needs to be registered before it can be
used, the About form shows the licence details. The logging has
been changed so that logging either occurs every time the Calculate
button is clicked or only when the Save button is clicked. It is
no longer necessary to edit the configuration file, a Save Defaults
button has been added to the main screen. The program version is
written to the log file on start up. Once this version has been
installed upgrading to future versions will give an error message
if the program is running when the installer is started. Fixed
Item Cost error message. Help simplified.
