Which Operating Systems Does EnCalcL Support?
EnCalcL is designed to work on WIndows 2000 Service Pack 4,
Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 1,
Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition Release 2 Service Pack 1, Windows XP including Service Packs 1, 2 and 3, WIndows Vista including Service Packs 1 and 2 and Windows 7. Windows NT, 95, 98 & ME are NOT
supported.
Does EnCalcL Work On Both 32bit And 64 bit Operating Systems?
EnCalcL is a 32 bit executable that is compatible with both 32 bit and 64 bit operating systems.
Are There Any Issues Using EnCalcL on WIndows Vista With User Account Control Turned On ?
There are no known issues when UAC is enabled on Vista.
Can EnCalcL Be Installed Over An Existing Version?
Yes, there are no known problems installing over the top of an
existing installation. To keep the default settings
do not allow the configuration file to be overwritten when prompted. The only exception is when
downgrading to an earlier version of the program,
in this case uninstall the old program first.
Why Does EncalcL not take into account the standing charges
for water and sewerage charged by some water companies?
These are fixed costs which will not be affected by any savings
made.
What Is The Calculation Accuracy?
4 decimal places plus or minus 0.0001.
What Currencies Has EnCalcL Been Tested With?
UK Pounds (£), US Dollars ($) and Euros (
€). It should work OK with other currencies.
Why Doesn't The Save Defaults Button Work?
The Save Defaults button will only work if the program is run by
a user with administrative privileges.
