Using

EnCalcGU Data Limits Version: 3.0 Size: 573KB Released 01-July-2010

Below is the list of data range limits for EnCalcGU. These can also be found by hovering with the mouse over each data box, they will also be displayed in the error pop up when data is outside the allowed limits and the Calculate button is clicked.

Limit Values

Rate 1 (Cost per KWHr): 0.01 - 0.99

Rate 2 (Cost per KWHr): 0.01 - 0.99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Fixed Charge (per quarter or per month): 2 - 99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

After BP (break point between Rate 1 and Rate 2 per quarter or per month): 10-3000 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Conversion Factor: 1.0 - 10.0

Calorific Value: 10.0 - 100.0

Volume Conversion Factor: 0.800000 to 1.200000

VAT (or Tax rate ($)): 0 - 50

Discount 1 (per quarter or per month): 1 - 99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Discount 2 (per quarter or per month): 1 - 99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Predict (Period in quarters or months): 0 - 4 (No Entry or 0 means no prediction)

CO2 Conversion Factor (Kg/KWHr): 0.05 - 1.0

Normal Rate 2 and After BP must both be set or 0

Meter Readings

Date 1: Must be a valid date between 01-Jan-2000 and 31-Dec-2015

Date 2: Must be a valid date between 01-Jan-2000 and 31-Dec-2015

Normal Rate Reading a: 1 - 999900

Normal Rate Reading b: 11 - 999999

Notes: Up to 75 characters

Date 1 must be at least 3 days before Date 2.
Meter Reading 2 must be at least 10 more than Meter Reading 1.
