No longer requires administrator permissions to save defaults. Dates longer than 11 characters reformatted to fit screen. Get Last now correctly sets cursor position. Various improvements to error handling. Minor layout improvements.

Added option to check for latest version of the program. Program can now be run at the end of install. Gas rates now work to 6 decimal places. Updated default costs. Fixed a bug where discount 1 not restored on starting program if % discount selected.

Added option to not save history. Added option to delete last saved meter reading. Get Last now clears existing calculations. Removed decimal point from CO2 generated. History log reformatted. Fixed a bug where the Rate 1 currency symbol was missing if Rate 2 not set.
