Version 3.0 - Released 01-July-2010
Results layout reformatted to improve clarity. Discount 1 now works in percent as well as fixed amounts.
Now shows KWHrs used per day. Changed URL of support link in installer.
Clear now picks up currency symbol changes. A permission problem with the log files no longer ends program.
Break Point upper limit increased to 3000KWHrs. Fixed a wrong status message bug in Archive. Log formatting error with Rate 2 = 0 fixed. Log now shows discount details properly. Other minor updates.

Now works in months as well as quarters. Added option to clear the results log file and not archive it. Some tool tips updated. Error message for missing log files corrected.
