Below is the list of data range limits for the program. These can also be found by hovering with the mouse over each data box, they will also be displayed in the error pop up when data is outside the allowed limits and the Calculate or Save Defs buttons are clicked.

Electricity Costs

Normal Rate 1 (Cost per KWHr): 0.01 - 0.99

Normal Rate 2 (Cost per KWHr): 0.01 - 0.99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Cheap Rate (Cost per KWHr): 0.01 - 0.99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Fixed Charge (per quarter): 5 - 99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Discount 1 (per quarter): 1 - 99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Discount 2 (per quarter): 1 - 99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

After BP (break point between Normal Rate 1 and Normal Rate 2): 10-1000 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

After BP/Day (break point between Normal Rate 1 and Normal Rate 2 per day): 0.5 to 9.99 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

VAT (or Tax) (%): 0 - 50

Predict (Period in quarters): 1 - 4 (No Entry or 0 is also OK and means no prediction)

CO2 Conversion Factor (Kg/KWHr): 0.1 - 1.0

Normal Rate 2 and After BP must both be set or 0
Cheap Rate cost must be set if Cheap Rate Readings 1 and 2 are set

Meter Readings

Date a: Must be a valid date between 01-Jan-2000 and 31-Dec-2015

Date b: Must be a valid date between 01-Jan-2000 and 31-Dec-2015

Normal Rate Reading a: 1 - 999900

Normal Rate Reading b: 11 - 999999

Cheap Rate Reading a: 1 - 999900 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Cheap Rate Reading b: 11 - 999999 (No Entry or 0 is also OK )

Notes: Up to 75 characters

Date a must be at least 3 days before Date b
Normal Rate Reading 2 must be at least 10 more the Normal Rate Reading 1
Cheap Rate Reading 1 and Cheap Rate Reading 2 must both be set or 0
Cheap Rate Reading 2 must be at least 10 more the Cheap Rate Reading 1 unless both are zero
Normal and Cheap Rate Readings must be a whole number of KWHrs, any decimals entered will be removed when Calculate is clicked.
