Rate 1 and 2 breakpoint limit increased to 3000. Removed redundant Rate 1 line from results log if Rate 2 = 0. Discount 1 & 2 tool tips no longer wrong if no VAT/TAX. A permission problem with the history or results log file no longer ends the program. Changed URL of support link in installer. Fixed a wrong status message when trying to archive empty files. Discount results now displayed correctly in orange. VAT tool tip corrected for non EU currencies. Setting VAT to 0 now clears previous calculation.

Discount 1 can now be a percentage or fixed amount. Option to clear log file added. Prediction period can now be in months as well as quarters. Additional error checking added.

This major update adds the ability to handle 2 fixed discounts and fixed breakpoints per day plus displays the cost per day (also saved to the history log file). Last readings saved are now recalled on start up. Also fixes a number of minor bugs.

Fixed a bug where VAT/Tax in the log file truncated if greater than 9.9. Meter Reading 2 lower limits set to 11. Fixed bug where Total and Total Cost tool tips show VAT with non EU currencies. Minor formatting improvements.

Log now shows calculation period dates. Help updated including adding Registration FAQ. Updated some tool tips. Registration screen and About screen no longer sizable. Minor formatting changes to About and Registration screens. Default costs updated to current levels. Fixed a bug where setting standing charge to zero caused 'Error 202' when save defaults clicked.
Version 3.1 - Released 24-April-2008
Fixed bug where the About screen opened below the main window if
run on top selected. Product name and version added to installer
on Vista. Product name and date/time reversed in log file start
up message. Fixed bug where log file displayed VAT instead of
TAX when currency set to dollars.
Version 3.0 - Released 10-January-2008
Now calculates the actual and predicted CO2 generated. Compatibility
with Vista improved. Now requires administrator privileges to
install and update defaults. Installation is now for all users.
A number of minor corrections to error message plus error handling
improved. Help updated. Fixed a bug where 'says data not changed'
when data error in the previous calculation corrected. Currency
symbols now update correctly if changed between calculate and
save. Fixed a bug where a corrupted log file causes a run time
error. Now correctly deletes the start up group when required
on upgrade. No longer creates a quick launch icon. Now removes
quick start and desktop icons on upgrade before adding new ones.
Clicking Clear now disables the save button. Minor formatting
and tool tip changes.
Version 2.0 - Released 02-February-2007
Added recall last readings button (from new history log). Tided
up and simplified help. Icons updated. Removed Uninstall link
and Release Notes link from start menu. Error checking of log
files improved. Now displays Tax instead of VAT if the currency
is not set to pound or euro. Fixed a bug where the About form
opened beneath the main window if the program was set to run
on top. Log file headers now use system short date format rather
than a fixed format. Minor layout changes to the log file. Minor
cosmetic improvements to the layout. Fixed a bug where changing
the currency or date formats in Regional Settings while the program
was running caused the program to give out of range errors when
Calculate was clicked.
