Which Operating Systems Does EnCalcEU Support?
EnCalcEU is designed to work on WIndows 2000 Service Pack 4,
Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 1,
Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition Release 2 Service Pack 1, Windows XP including Service Packs 1, 2 and 3, WIndows Vista including Service Packs 1 and 2 and Windows 7. Windows NT, 95, 98 & ME are NOT
supported.
Does EnCalcEU Work On Both 32bit And 64 bit Operating Systems?
EnCalcEU is a 32 bit executable that is compatible with both 32 bit and 64 bit operating systems.
Can EnCalcEU Be Installed Over An Existing Version?
Yes, In most cases there are no problems installing over the top
of an existing installation. To keep the default
settings do not allow the configuration file to be overwritten
when prompted. The only exceptions are when
upgrading from version 2.0 and below and the user upgrading
is different to the user who originally installed the program or downgrading to an earlier version of the program,
in these cases uninstall the old program first.
Are There Any Issues Using EnCalcEU on WIndows Vista With User Account Control Turned On?
There are no known issues when UAC is enabled on Vista.
EnCalcEU Does Not Work For The Way My Supplier Charges Me.

What Currencies Has EnCalcEU Been Tested With?
UK Pounds (£), US Dollars ($) and Euros (
€). It should work OK with other currencies.
How Accurate Is The CO2 Conversion Factor?
The conversion factor is a compromise since the actual
figure is dependent on the mix of capacity used to generate the
electricity used which in practice will vary due to the time of
year, the time of day and the losses in the transmission system
which vary with distance. This factor can be changed from the main
screen if required to suit particular circumstances.
Why Doesn't The Save Defaults Button Work?
The Save Defaults button will only work if the program is run by
a user with administrative privileges.
