up message. Help updated. Fixed a bug where changing the
currency settings between clicking calculate and save cause a value

Help updated to fix a corrupted page. Minor change to error handling. Fixed a
bug where the configuration file is not backed up on upgrade.

Configuration file moved to it's own directory to improve Vista compatibility
and stop virtualisation. Help updated with extra information. Minor formatting
changes to the log file, minor corrections to error messages, and minor wording
changes to the installer. Default costs updated.

Added capability to calculate CO2 generated and saving. Compatibility with Vista
improved. Now needs administrator permissions to install, installs for all
users, log file moved to log directory, no longer creates quick launch icon.
Only administrators can update default values. Various minor improvements to
error handling. FIxed a bug when status message 'Data Cleared' occurred on
startup. Now removes start up group on upgrade if check box un ticked. Fixed
a bug where the investment cost in log file always 0. Negative savings are
now highlighted in orange.
Version 2.3 - Released 28-March-2007
Added file created date to log file. Fixed bug where a corrupted
log file causes a run time error, log file now uses short date
format, minor formatting improvements to log file. Improvements
made to error handling and reporting. If currency not equal to £ or € program
displays Tax instead of VAT. Fixed bug where changing currency
setting while program is running may cause errors. Fixed bug where
pressing Reset Defaults twice cleared Item 1 & 2 Cost. If no
data to calculate error message now says no data to calculate.
Now recalculates if currency symbol only is changed. Various minor
updates and improvements to help.

Opening the About form with run on top set no longer opens the
About form underneath the main window. Minor improvements to help.

Version 2.0 - Released
24-July-2006
The program now needs to be registered before it can be used, the
About form shows the licence details. The logging has been changed
so that logging either occurs every time the Calculate button is
clicked or only when the Save button is clicked. It is no longer
necessary to edit the configuration file, a Save Defaults button
has been added to the main screen. The error message for an out
of range cost has been corrected. The program version is written
to the log file on start up. The number of decimal places for all
numeric values have been fixed to improve the display. The ability
to add VAT separately to electricity prices (not item cost) has
been added. Once this version has been installed upgrading to future
versions will give an error message if the program is running when
the installer is started. The help has been simplified and a number
of errors corrected following user feedback.
Version 1.0 - Released 20-February-2006
Clear function now works properly. Ability to handle standby current
added. Program now has proper error checking of configuration file
keys and will not start if the configuration file is missing or
corrupted. Logging has been revised to be more logical. Error handling
now deals with all 0s correctly. The program will now work without
errors if only one item is analysed. Program now calculates number
of replacement items automatically. Multiple saves to the log file
of the same data has been fixed. Licence and Release Notes updated
and reformatted. Help added, link to web site added. Installer and
program graphics updated. Uninstaller now removes all files installed
and created by the program. The configuration file has been simplified.
About screen added. Tool tips updated to provide more information.
