Monitoring Download Rate. The program normally runs in the system tray, to display this screen double click on the tray icon, to display this screen double click on the tray icon.

DownOff Slave
In power off mode the program switches to visible run on top and all buttons apart from Cancel are disabled. If the program was running in the system tray clicking cancel will return it to the system tray.
