CPUOff Lite Version 2.3

DESCRIPTION
CPUOff Lite monitors the CPU load and initiates computer power off if the average CPU load has been below 15% for over 60 seconds. It can be initiated either manually, on start up or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler. The program activates 2 seconds after starting and shuts down 60 seconds after power off is initiated unless the Cancel button is clicked. By default the program runs in the System Tray until power off is initiated when it switches to run on top. Double click on the system tray icon to make CPUOff Lite visible.
This program requires a registration code to run. This code, which is free for personal non commercial use, can be obtained from www.jsutils.com

OPERATING SYSTEMS
Windows 2000, Windows XP/2003 and Windows Vista. It is not suitable for Windows 95, 98, ME or NT.

INSTALLATION
You will need administrator privileges to install this program.
Make sure an existing copy of CPUOff Lite or CPUOff is not running.
Unzip the installer CPUOffL.exe from the downloaded file CPUOffL.zip
Run the installer CPUOffL.exe and follow the on screen instructions.
UNINSTALL
To uninstall CPUOff Lite use Windows Add/Remove Programs. If you wish to retain any files copy them to a temporary location before uninstalling. All program files and directories in the program root directory (normally c:\program files\JSutils\CPUOff Lite\) are removed including those created by the program.
