Added right click options to the system tray icon to allow program control without bringing the program on to the desk top. Also some very minor layout changes.

Added option to shutdown after a fixed time. Fixed bug where fixed time shutdown could corrupt the configuration file on save. Time entry box now disabled in Test, Activation and Shutdown modes.
